We took a weekend at Myrtle Beach. Kinda nice to get away. Tried out a new hotel.
Grace's Easter Party at school.
And Elijah had an Easter Party...
Then my parents took my kids for a week whilst Jerry and I built a deck.
And the Easter Bunny visited
We went strawberry picking
Elijah's class went to the library and to a park for lunch
I ran and FINISHED the mudrun!
Friends visited from NY!!
We had fun as a family at the beach and fun at home with bubbles
these are bubble snakes. seriously the kids played for a good hour with these and then whined about having to come in and eat...
Elijah's class went on another field trip. Gotta say (again!) that I love his school. That's two in one month...most public schools get two a YEAR. This one was a bout trees. They got to be a tree (2nd picture down) and talk about how old a tree is (3rd picture down...) and I can bring the Gracie girl with me!
Grace finished her dance class with a bang!
Elijah's class ran a Monster Lap (1/5 of a mile)
once it they completed it they got to sign a banner that is displayed in the gym!
My God April was a busy month... to finish it off, Gracie went on her first field trip with her class. They went to a farm.
She is my little animal lover! Elijah barely touch or fed any animal on this field trip last year. Gracie's eyes swelled up as soon as we got out of the car, but luckily I had the Benedryl handy and she was able to enjoy the day.
Tomorrow is the first of June. Bets on when I'll get a May photo post out??
