A Survey with a 3 year old

I meant to do this a while ago, but I forgot.  It has proved more difficult with Grace.  She doesn't quite get all the questions and when she doesn't want to answer anymore questions... she DOESN'T want to answer any more questions. So this took a few days.  But here it is.  (HOLY MONKEY) We finally finished this!!  Only took 6 months!

My good friend Kristie did this with her son and I’m totally stealing it.  I hope that I remember to do this yearly.  I’m sure some of the questions will change to fit the needs and purposes of the survey.  I will do it with Grace in the Spring.
